FULL DESCRIPTION:
Golden apple aromas with delicate
notes of dough and toastiness. An elegant wine full of floral scents;
orange blossom and ripe apples and pear. This wine displays a fine
effervescence with beautifully festive and lively bubbles ascending up
into a lovely cordon of foam.

PRODUCTION DETAILS:
The grapes were hand sorted & inspected to ensure that only the healthiest & ripest grapes were chosen for this wine. Whole cluster pressing was done, respecting the gentle champenoise cycles. Pressing yield was cuvee 120 gallons/ ton, taille 25 gallons/ ton. No Malolactique fermentation. Extended contact to the yeast over four years.
