FULL DESCRIPTION:
This medium-bodied red offers classic aromas of dried cherries, cola, and rose pedals. The palate confirms the nose and leads into cinnamon and cranberry flavors. A good length and ripe tannins make this an immediately pleasing Pinot.

PRODUCTION DETAILS:
The grapes were hand sorted, only 25% were destemmed and crushed, 75% were put in tank and whole clusters followed by a two day of cold soak. The fermentation lasted 10 days, with 2 times daily pumping over. The grapes were pressed keeping the best fraction of the higher pressings. The wine finished its fermentation in French oak barrels followed by its malolactic fermentation.
