This wine shows intense notes of Asian pear and Golden Delicious apples with hints of pineapple and nutmeg. The palate offers crisp acidity while delivering bright and lively flavors with a balanced creamy finish.

PRODUCTION DETAILS:
A gentle pressing of juice was immediately chilled to 50¾F, settled, and began fermentation in steel tank. At 70% completion of ferment the juice was transferred to French oak casks to finish with no residual sugar.
