This delightful Brut has loads of cherry and strawberry aromas.

PRODUCTION DETAILS:
The grapes were hand sorted & inspected to ensure that only the healthiest & ripest grapes were chosen for this wine. Whole cluster pressing was done, respecting the gentle champenoise cycles. Pressing yield was cuvée 120 gallons/ ton, taille 25 gallons/ ton. No Malolactique fermentation.
