Port style red blend with notes of black cherry and toasted vanilla.

The grapes were allowed to hang until the last possible minute to get maximum ripeness and high natural sugars. The three varietals were hand picked over the course of a week and held cold soaking until they could be co-fermented. This small lot ferment was stopped with 130g/L of natural sugar using fortified spirits. The wine was then allowed to age for 3 years in neutral oak maintaining the fruit and concentrating the wine.
